Thinking about putting together the coolest gaming desktop? The ongoing debate whether or not Razer is the top provider of gaming accessories is hard to follow and ultimately you’ll find that it all comes down to one thing; Are you or are you not a Razer fan?

Most hardcore gamers seem to think Razer knows what they’re doing but some still stick to other manufacturers. Like any other product out there, tech products receive scores from users and experts but how do you know who to trust? Do you want to be mainstream or do you strive to be different?

Looking at some different gaming mice and keyboards Razer is the most frequent manufacturer that pops up. Are they really that good or have they just succeded in their brand advertising? Usually it’s a a bit of both.

The big Apple’s not the only IT company out there that loves to announcing new products.

Last week, the giant IT company: Microsoft unveiled its new generation computer mouse: “BlueTrack” technology (via Engadget) that will be featured in two new upcoming mice, One the model is: Microsoft Explorer Mouse and the other is Microsoft Explorer Mini Mouse. The new BlueTrack-powered technology utilizes wide-angle “specular optics architecture” to improve the mouse’s ability to work on rough or not-so-friendly surfaces, such as wood, granite, and carpet.

But this time, we’re not entirely sure how specular optics works, but this new features/technology sounds like it will be super useful to travelers or business people.

The Explorer Mouse will be retail at $99, while the Explorer Mouse Mini will retail at $79. This might be the hit for Best Buy in November. Beside that, all of the gamers must be waiting for the gaming version of this BlueTrack mouse from Microsoft. Maybe Intellimouse Explorer 3.0: BlueTrack Edition

Hello there,this time I would like to share some tips with you about the new computer’s keyboards. Here comes the three brand-new keyboards that are all worth to take a look at… and greatly recommended for you:

Type A: Razer Lycosa

This keyboard for gamers is slick as it gets. Completely black in color, with matte buttons covered with a rubber sheen that gives the button keys more grip than standard plastic keys. This Lycosa requires a quite amount of setup: 2 USB ports and 2 audio connections. Do you know why? Because there’s a passthrough USB and audio ports on the rear of this gaming keyboard, and also to power the backlighting on the keyboard. All the keys on the Lycosa light up, but it’s also dim: Unless you’re looking straight down on the Lycosa keyboard while you’re using it, it can be hard for you to find out what button you’re really pushing. Gamers can also set the WASD keys to be the only ones lit up. The Lycosa’s gaming keyboard can be just the thing for gamers who’re looking for that little tech-keyboard. Price= $80

Nintendo announced that the wireless balance board accessory for the gaming console Nintendo Wii finally has a North American release date which is May 19. Get ready to workout those abs.

The Nintendo Wii Fit bundle pack (Disember in Japan) will sell for $89.99, it’s not exactly cheap gaming accessories, but at least it’ll bundled with a battery of exercises—including yoga, aerobics, training for strength, and balance—that’ll surely get you off the couch and will make you sweat.

Microsoft Xbox Video network has been around since about 18 months ago and Apple has its own Apple-TV, but for Sony and its Sony PlayStation 3 (PS3) have remained left behind the curve in aspects of downloadable movies, TV episodes and video files. Because of that, Sony execs promise to get with the program “very soon,” just around the corner; according to some blog posts.

I’ve found the blog entry from Sony SVP Peter Dille, which he promises about offering a video service for PS3 in a way that separates the service from others you’ve seen or used, although he adds that he has no any new announcements about such service.

For the second month in a row, the Sony Playstation 3 beats the Microsoft Xbox 360 in aspects of monthly sales. Is this the time for Sony Playstation 3 to take the lead of new generation gaming consoles?

Ars Technica got its hands on the latest sales figures for gaming consoles, and the numbers speak for themselves. The Nintendo Wii, as usual, trumped its console competition with 432,000 units sold in February while the handheld Nintendo DS got an amazing 597,000 units sold, beside that the PlayStation 2—still quite a hit with senior gamers, apparently—came in at an impressive 351,800 units sold. Absolutely. no shockers there.

PlayStation Portable owners in Japan will be getting a treat this fall—a little snap-on antenna that will let PSPs tune in to digital TV broadcasts. Gaming blog Kotaku reports that the small, silver box (complete with a flip-up antenna) will attach to the top of the PSP, letting you tune in to digital broadcasts over 1seg, a video broadcasting service in Japan that debuted last year.

Pretty cool, except that 1seg (as Kotaku points out) isn’t exactly perfect; the top resolution of 1set broadcasts is only 320 by 240 pixels (about half of what you’d expect for standard-def TV) and reception is notoriously spotty, especially if you’re on a moving car or train. The 1seg PSP antenna should arrive this fall for about US$57.

This Fall, Japan will be watching digital TV on PSPs. Retailing for ¥6,980 ($57), a 1seg add-on tuner will hit shelves along with the PSP Slim on September 20th along with a fistful of new cables. Currently, 1seg isn’t quite yet perfect: there are signal dropouts, and it’s hard to catch a broadcast while in cars or on trains. Still! Just think what you’ll be doing with your PSP this Fall and what they’ll be doing in Japan. Watching a cruddy digital reception, that’s what!
